Escrow Disbursement

Account: Choose an ID that uniquely identifies you with the escrow agent/counterparty (if you downloaded the account/ID from the counterparty, use that). Account Identifiers are defined in the “My IDs” section and stored in your digital wallet on this device.

Time limit: How long do you want your authorization to last? This is typically short, like 15 minutes

Recipient’s routing number:  Enter the account number that will ultimately receive the money. Wires sometimes say “for further credit to” a final recipient’s account...if so, you want the last account number that the funds will ultimately be deposited in.

Recipient’s account number: Enter the amount of money to wire, including dollars and cents. If setting wiring instructions with a yet-to-be determined amount, you can enter 0.

Please enter the amount: Enter the dollar amount to be disbursed.

Please enter the Transaction ID:  This ID may be provided by the person managing the escrow account, and is how you both identify the specific transaction. It may be a transaction number or just the number and street name of the property.  Enter with care, if it doesnt match, the permission code will be rejected
